If the weather does not allow safe sailing, it is preferable to postpone the reservation and agree on a new date. For daily rentals, you have the option of purchasing our Weather Guarantee to be fully reimbursed in case of cancellation due to bad weather (special weather warning, storm, etc...).

The fuel is not included in the rental price. Please contact us if you would like an estimate of the fuel cost. The boat is delivered with a full fuel tank, and at the end of the rental, it must be returned with a full tank.

To operate our boats, it is necessary to have at least a Basic Navigation License, which allows you to operate boats up to 6 meters in length. The documentation must be provided before the embarkation day. Keep in mind that you can reserve the boat without being the skipper yourself.

All our boats are insured. If the boat suffers any damage during the trip, the boat insurance will cover up to a certain amount, and the rest will be deducted from your security deposit. Of course, passengers are also insured in case of an accident.

On the day of check-in, we will make sure that you have enough experience to rent the boat. We can also tailor your check-in at the port (training, help to leave the port, etc.) based on your nautical knowledge. Don't hesitate to let us know when making your reservation.

To avoid cancelling the reservation, we can change the dates by reaching an agreement without any charge. A reservation can be cancelled, but penalties will apply, which will vary depending on the notice given. Inform us through your "Cancellation Request" in the "Client Area" or let us know that you want to change the date before the day of check-in.
